The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Table

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of heroes, and a thrilling plot showcasing divine entities, evil spirits, and dark forces growing in power within the urban setting.

Heads-up: Key plot points for the third episode of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Warrior Group Revealed

The third episode finished on a major cliffhanger and presented the premier party of adventurers who will separate from the primary party to embark on their independent quest, distinct from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team includes the determined fighter (played by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

Considering 13 cast members, it was obvious from the start that maintaining everyone at a single group would be impossible.

Hence, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Strategists, and Seekers.

What Defines the Combat Party

As described by Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for participants who enjoy a typically action-packed battle-oriented gameplay experience where non-violent answers are rare.

Upon first impression, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander might seem mismatched, but the events of episode 3 demonstrate why these five characters are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Motivations for Departure

First, the team knows exactly where to head next after a brutal opening clash with the enemy group.

An old friend of the deceased character—whose death initiated the story’s plot—exploited The Crow Keepers for his own means, breaking into the hidden lair, striking Thimble, and taking all the enchanted items to dispose of.

Casimir then cleared his obligations and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Teor’s brother hot on his heels.

Personal Motivations

Secondly, each adventurer has a personal reason to depart Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and best friend, seeks retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in the region and warns that it is a hostile environment.
  • The strong character and The cleric, having defied his family’s wishes to kill Teor and instead rescued him, have no other options.
  • Yet, their reputation as important members in the powerful family could help the group access locations they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Furthermore, Teor swore a eternal obligation to The savior for his rescue and will now accompany him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

In addition, all of them are hunted by the powers that control Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making remaining behind too risky:

  • The rogue and The hero are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The healer defied the powerful family and the legion of demons they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This leaves them few options but to head to the northern region in search of Casimir.

Upcoming Developments

Based on the recent installment’s post-show segment, we learn that the warrior group won’t be around next week, leaving the other eight cast members to form the Explorers and Schemers parties.

Fans can anticipate learning which players will be in which group in the season’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on the upcoming Thursday.
